Welcome to the course on Energy Transition Strategy for OEMs! In this course, we will explore how different industry OEMs can better prepare for the energy transition by rethinking their service and products, and how to effectively market, price and offer them into the energy transition scenario. The course will begin with an overview of the energy transition and its impact on different industries, including power generation, process, chemical, transportation and manufacturing. We will study the different drivers of the energy transition, including climate change, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements, and examine how they are transforming the energy landscape. Next, we will explore the different strategies that industry OEMs can adopt to better prepare for the energy transition. We will study the latest trends in product and service design and examine how OEMs can align their offerings with the needs of the market. We will also explore how OEMs can leverage new technologies, such as AI and IoT, to optimize their products and services. In the later part of the course, we will focus on how to effectively market, price, and offer products and services into the energy transition scenario. We will study the Customer Perceived Value pricing models used in the industry and examine how they are affected by the energy transition. We will also explore how OEMs can effectively market their products and services to different stakeholders, including regulators, customers, and EPCs. By the end of this course, you will have a general understanding of the energy transition and its impact on different industries. You will also be aware of the different strategies that industry OEMs can adopt to better prepare for the energy transition, and how to effectively market, price, and offer products and services into the energy transition scenario. We will close with an open Q&A session to allow participants get the most of our experts.
